Yin Xiao's unique reproduction of an original Song Dynasty silk string glue recipe. Our glue differs slightly from the original only in that the fluid has been gently vaporised rendering it solid which aids in preventing spoilage. Unlike other string glues that need to be refrigerated, our glue needs only to be air dried between uses.

Instructions (video): Rub glue gently a few times with a moist fingertip, spread a small amount between the thumb and index finger. Apply sparingly, evenly and quickly. Allow a few minutes to dry. Leave the tin open until completely dry. Store at room temperature. Do no heat.
